You might want to stock up–this healthy, fiber-rich snack can be addictive! It’s packed with B-vitamins, including B12, from the nutritional yeast, and naturally-occurring iodine in the sea vegetables (kelp or dulse). Popcorn is a great snack to go for when you’re feeling munchie and want to indulge in a larger portion.
