  • 3 carrots(about one cup), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 mangofresh or frozen, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 bananafresh or frozen
  • 1cup water
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh berries, toasted coconut chips and seeds. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Add unsweetened shredded coconut for tropical flair.
